Our Values
When we met at Beloved festival in 2017, hovering in the air was Nala’s post-Vipassana prayer to discover and deepen into an authentic path of awakening, and Marco’s intuitive desire to ground into his earthly embodiment after 12 years of soaring in the transcendent realms through deep meditation and a profoundly mystical near-death-initiation.
9 incredibly rich years followed, where we laid our hearts bare, learning the ways of complete intimacy and divine love, surrendering everything into the fire of our yogic path.
In this time we traveled constantly, akin to modern day renunciant yogis, living on grace alone in a state of radical surrender. These came to be our tapasya years, our time of austerity and yogic training. Our initiations have often been excruciating and intense, while also sublimely beautiful and wildly synchronistic – always guiding us into deeper intimacy with the Great Mystery.
Over the years
Over the years, an ancient relationship with a set of six Wisdom Goddesses reemerged. Having held Marco’s heart so deeply throughout his last decade of life, they began to fully crystallize with our union, and together our relationship with them blossomed as they became our most intimate companions, our Divine mirrors, and our guiding Light.
With the Goddesses as our guiding hand, we studied and trained in esoteric Tantric Yoga and immersed ourselves in the worlds of feminine wisdom, somatic trauma healing, and sensual liberation, and were deeply influenced by the Tao, Kriya Yoga, Goddess Bhakti, and Dzogchen.
Eventually, everything coalesced to form the Yogini Kula — 3 Pathways of Self-Illumination created to support the revival of Female Mystics. At its core, Yogini Kula holds the vision of handing the mystic power, long-held by male lineages, back to women.
Through the Yogini Path, Sri Shakti Tantra, and the Nectar Path, we empower women with initiation into the heart practices of esoteric yoga and tantra we’ve received.
